Event tickets for Saturday, April 22, 2017

Who is ready to have some fun!

Doors open at 5:30 with Dinner around 7:00

Note: No mobile bidding at the event this year.  Only paper bids for the silent auction at Saturday’s event.

Once you are a registered ticket holder, you may participate in the online auction without a separate registration. Just remember your login credentials! (Your guests will need to register in order to bid in the online auction.)

The Saturday event will include Silent and Live auctions, Dinner, Raffles and lots of fun – because you will be there!

Please be prepared to order your dinner selection when you purchase your tickets (Beef, Chicken or Vegetarian).    The menu selections are below. This year you can go in and add menu selections and guest names at a later time. Just remember your login credentials! We need your guest menu selections one week prior to the event so we can be sure the caterer prepares the right quantities of each item.

Tickets cannot be reserved, they must be paid for at time of entry.

Online ticketing is preferred, but we know a few prefer to pay by check.  There is a link above to a ticket purchase form.  Just download, complete and send with your check to the address on the form.

Seating  Requests:

When you purchase your tickets, you will receive a seating code on your receipt. Share the code with your friends.  If your friends enter your seating code when they purchase their tickets,  we know you want to sit together!

There is also a notes section where you could enter the team you would like to sit with.
