Apply for a Grant from the EWABC

The Edmonds-Woodway Athletic Booster Club (EWABC) is proud to support students and educators in developing new athletics-related programs as well as existing programs through our grant request process. Whether you're looking to start a new team, enhance your current program, or bring an innovative idea to life, we invite you to apply for funding.

 

Who Can Apply? Students or educators involved in Edmonds-Woodway athletics are eligible to request funds from the Booster Club.

 

What Can the Grant Be Used For? The funds can be used to support new or existing athletic programs, purchase equipment, or cover other athletic-related expenses that benefit our student-athletes.

 

How to Apply

Complete the Grant Request Form
Fill out all relevant details, including the amount requested, the team or sport requesting funds, and how the funds will be used. Be as specific as possible in the grant request statement to justify the need for the funds.

 

Submit Your Request
Submit the completed form along with any supporting documents that outline additional funding sources or budget details.

 

Review Process
Each request will be reviewed to ensure it aligns with the school and district policies and fits within the Booster Club’s mission. The Booster Club evaluates each application based on need, potential impact, and available funds.

 

Notification
Applicants will be notified whether their grant has been approved or denied. If approved, the EWABC will communicate the approved amount and any additional details.

 

Distribution of Funds
Once approved, funds will be distributed according to the timeline indicated in the application.
